New hires and promotions

Michael J. Weil has been hired as director of wealth management at Next Generation Wealth Management in Milwaukee. He is a certified investment management analyst and a certified financial planner.

Mark J. Fenlon, CFA, has been named senior vice president-wealth at Racine-based Johnson Bank Wealth. He has more than 30 years of experience in financial services, 25 of which were in wealth management. Fenlon most recently served as regional president of the private client group at BMO Private Bank, covering northeast Wisconsin and Phoenix.

James Rauh has joined Milwaukee private investment firm Lubar & Co. as a partner. He has more than 40 years of experience in senior executive positions in wealth management at Northern Trust Corp, Johnson Financial Group and Robert W. Baird & Co. Inc.

Bob Zarzynski has been named vice president of business services at Summit Credit Union. He will oversee Summit’s business client services and drive growth in the Milwaukee market. Zarzynski has more than 13 years of experience in banking, most recently as vice president of business banking at BMO Harris Bank.
