New Froedtert health center to open Jan. 13

Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin has announced that its new Orthopaedic, Sports and Spine Center will open Jan. 13.

The new health center, located in Menomonee Falls, will occupy 42,500 square feet of a 90,000 square foot building shared with the Wisconsin Athletic Club, owner of the site.

“This new facility enables us to bring together a comprehensive lineup of orthopaedic, sports medicine, spine and rehabilitation experts so patients can easily access a variety of diagnostic and treatment options in one central location,” said Dennis Pollard, chief operating officer of Froedtert Health. “Offering an extensive range of services, along with the availability of specialists connected with Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin academic medical center, allows us to effectively treat just about every musculoskeletal injury or condition.”

“Our newest specialty health center will offer outpatient orthopaedic, sports medicine and spine care services all with an exceptional patient experience in mind,” said Mark Lodes, MD, president of Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin Community Physicians. “From a gym-like sports simulation room to unique workflow designs in patient care areas, this facility merges the latest in technology with convenience for the best possible outcomes.”

Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin Orthopaedic, Sports and Spine Center is located just north of US 41/45 and Pilgrim Rd. in Menomonee Falls. Community members are invited to attend the Orthopaedic, Sports and Spine Center Open House on Saturday, January 18, from 9 a.m. to noon.
