Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp., Brookfield, recently completed the design and construction of a 16,700-square-foot renovation and 2,800-square-foot addition for Plank Road Publishing, 11111 W. Plank Ct., Wauwatosa. Briohn has also been contracted for the design and construction of a 2,800-square-foot office build-out for Transpak Corporation, located at Two World Packaging Circle in Franklin.
Oconomowoc-based MSI General Corp. was selected by Sendik’s Food Markets to design, engineer and construct the remodeling at their newly acquired location in Bayside on the corner of Port Washington Road and Brown Deer Road.
