New construction

Milwaukee-based Inland Construction was awarded: a 19,760-square-foot project to convert space in the Blatz Wash House building, at 1101 N. Market St. in downtown Milwaukee, into indoor parking and to renovate the lobby; an 8,707-square-foot tenant improvement project for the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra at the Blatz Wash House; and an 11,626-square-foot office alteration project for Aurora Health Care Pharmacy Services Group on West Mitchell Street in West Milwaukee. Inland Construction recently completed: a 23,207-square-foot office expansion project for Veterans Affairs on South 38th Street in Milwaukee and a 1,200-square-foot office space build out project for Burnet Title Company at 12975 N. Corporate Parkway, Mequon.

Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. was contracted to design and build a 12,310-square-foot office building at 6329 W. Mequon Road, Mequon, for Spectrum Investment Advisors. Briohn recently completed design and construction work for a 9,720-square-foot school bus dispatch and repair facility for North America Central School Bus at 200 W. Oklahoma Ave., Milwaukee; and renovation work at River Point Village Shopping Center in Fox Point for Burghardt Sporting Goods, Fresh Market, the Conservatory of Music, Milwaukee Ballet and S.C. Kang’s Academy.
