Waukesha-based Gerald Nell Inc. was selected by Kwik Trip Inc. to install a compressed natural gas fueling station at 943 SE Frontage Road, Mt. Pleasant.
Enviro-Safe Consulting LLC has selected Oconomowoc-based MSI General Corp. for the design and construction of new office and warehouse space on Mequon Road in the Village of Germantown. Construction is scheduled to begin in March, with completion by October.
Milwaukee-based KVG Building Corp was recently awarded design and construction of the Shoppes at Southgate retail center at 3415 S. 27th St., Milwaukee, by Southgate Marketplace Outlots LLC. The center will be approx 5,000 square feet with anchor tenant US Cellular and an additional tenant with drive thru approval. KVG also recently completed construction of a CVS Pharmacy on Appleton Avenue and Pilgrim Road in Menomonee Falls.
