    Evers also bestowed "Friends of Education" awards to 10 individuals and groups at his annual State of Education address this week. Among the recipients was DARRELL FINCH, education specialist for the City of Milwaukee Housing Authority, and LUPE MARTINEZ, the president of Milwaukee non-profit UMOS, who accepted the award on group’s behalf.
