Mequon-based Mortgagebot LLC plans to move its headquarters from 1000 W. Donges Bay Road in Mequon, 2.5 miles north to a 40,000-square-foot space in the East Mequon Corporte Center V building at 12080 N. Corporate Parkway in Mequon.
The building, owned by Wauwatosa-based Irgens, is located at a high-profile site along I-43 and Port Washington Road. Mortgagebot recently signed a lease with Irgens, and plans to make the move in the second quarter of this year.
The new location is about twice the size of the existing office space for Morgagebot, which was acquired in 2011 by Toronto-based Davis + Henderson Corp. (D+H).
“With D+H’s rapid growth in the U.S., it was clear that we needed to expand our facilities to meet the rising demand for our services,” said Bill Neville, president of D+H USA. “Our new home in the East Mequon Corporate Center provides us with the high-quality, high-profile facility in one of the premier office parks in the greater Milwaukee area.”
East Mequon Corporate Center is a nine-building, 50-acre, $31 million office park with more than 250,000 square feet of office space. Irgens has been involved in leasing, developing and managing buildings in the office park since the 1980s. Eight acres in the complex remain available to be developed.
