The church would be demolished to make way for the hotels. Both hotels will have between 125 and 150 rooms. The first hotel will be built on the north side of the property and the second hotel will be built on the south side of the property and will include a full service restaurant and between 3,000 and 4,000 square feet of meeting/function space.
