Miller Park Way property sold to car wash developer

Elm Grove-based Sudz Miller Park Way LLC purchased the 1.6-acre property located at the northeast corner of Miller Park Way and Lincoln Avenue in West Milwaukee for $900,000, according to state records.

David Ausloos of Sudz plans to build a new car wash building on the site.

The property, located at 2230 Miller Park Way, was sold by Nashotah-based Barkow Realty Limited Partnership.

The entire 3.2-acre site was listed for sale by Josh Minkin of Alpine Commercial. Sudz bought half of the property and will demolish a building to make way for the new car wash. Barkow will retain the other half of the property, which has another industrial building, which will remain in place for now, Minkin said.

The site is one of a dwindling number of industrial properties along Miller Park Way, which has transitioned into a retail corridor in recent years with several chain store retail developments.
