What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of? I workout three day per week, consisting of 45 minutes of cardio followed by free weights.

What fitness clubs do you belong to, if any? Cardinal FItness.

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life? Being fit keeps me in great shape, clears the mind and provides a new source of energy.

How does personal fitness affect your work life? Without question personal fitness provides a time to think, release stress and plan mentally. It’s also a great time to listen to audio books.

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization? Without question, it adds to the overall performance.

What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative? For personal fitness – start slow, establish a goal and begin with a trainer. Record your results and continue to build towards the goal and you will have success.
