What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?

Needed infrasturcutre and resources, finding quality employees, rising health care costs, Obama and Doyle – rising taxes, fluctuating raw materials costs.

Adding to our sales force. New manufacturing equipment. Introducing new products

Industry continues to be down 30 percent and more but we are optimistic on matching last year sales.

What is your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession?

Keep doing what we are doing, refining our sales force and adding techology to manufacture products quicker with lower costs and consistant quality.
