What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of? I usually do a daily exercise of some sort that includes either a walk, swim, trip to the gym, bike ride, or a hike.
Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life? Being fit has allowed me to increase my stamina.
How does personal fitness affect your work life? Increased fitness in executive ranks serves as encourgement for all staff not to mention looking and feeling strong.
How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization? We offer a Biggest Loser competition, wellness surveys, screenings, etc. I believe that it demonstrates our committment to a healthy workforce.
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative? Start now, do not wait until you have time as you never will.
