The Milwaukee Public Market’s seafood vendor, St. Paul Fish Company, recently expanded its market location to include a new dining area.

"Over the last year, we’ve received comments about how people enjoy sitting on the first level in order to be a part of the market experience a little more," said Milwaukee Public Market marketing manager, Sherry Bantug. "Our seafood vendor, St. Paul Fish, recently expanded their seating capacity across the aisle from their retail area to give people the quintessential fish market experience."

St. Paul Fish also revamped its menu, hired wait staff and partnered with Glass Aquatics to install a roughly 200 gallon salt water aquarium that holds a grouper and queen trigger fish.  The company also sells Schlitz Beer on tap.

"It’s been received extremely well thus far," said St. Paul Fish Company president Tim Collins. "When people shop here, they can expect to get top-notch fish and seafood for prices that can’t be beat. Our motto is simply this: More. Better. Cheaper."
