Mequon logistics company Bridge Holdings LLC has purchased a 152,800-square-foot industrial building at 5700 W. Bender Court in Milwaukee for $3.4 million.

The building, which is in the Havenwood Industrial Park, has been vacant for about a year. It was last occupied by DCI Marketing, a point of purchase display manufacturer, said James Barry III, president of Cassidy Turley Barry. DCI is now located at 2727 W. Good Hope Road in Milwaukee.

Bridge Logistics LLC, founded in 1998, offers long or short-term warehousing, food grade storage, freight consolidation, cross docking and container services. The company is moving into the new facility from its current location in part of a large building at 5401 W. Donges Bay Road in Mequon.

“It was good to see a 150,000+ square foot user buy a building on the northwest side of Milwaukee,” said Kurt Van Dyke, senior vice president at Cassidy Turley Barry. “We are seeing renewed interest from prospective users of large industrial buildings throughout the southeast Wisconsin market.”

Van Dyke and Pete Slezak of Cassidy Turley Barry represented the owner in the deal. Jeff
Hoffman of Judson & Associates cooperated with Cassidy Turley Barry as the selling broker.
