LGBT Chamber adds Rockwell Automation as gold founding member

The Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce has appointed Milwaukee-based Rockwell Automation, Inc. its newest gold founding member.

 

The statewide chamber, headquartered in Milwaukee, is composed of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and LGBT-allied businesses, corporations and professionals. In addition to providing networking and business development opportunities to Wisconsin’s LGBT community, the chamber offers educational programming to its members.

“We are excited to welcome Rockwell Automation into our chamber family as our newest founding member,” said Jason Rae, executive director of the chamber. “The LGBT Chamber of Commerce is looking forward to working with Rockwell Automation as we grow the LGBT business community in our great state.”

“Rockwell Automation is excited to join the Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce, and we are looking forward to fostering a deep partnership with them,” said Ed Seaberg, a vice president of the company. “Rockwell Automation is committed to growing a diverse business community in Wisconsin that attracts and retains the brightest possible talent. Working together, we can make significant differences in growing the LGBT and allied business community in our state.”

According to an announcement issued by the chamber, the Human Rights Campaign has honored Rockwell Automation as a Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality for the past two years.
