• Elipse Fitness leased 2,604 square feet of space at 591 E. Erie St., Milwaukee, from Frontage LLC. The location in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward will open on Dec. 20. Last month Elite Fitness, a classes only fitness and weight loss franchise, opened a location in Brookfield, and another will open soon in the Mequon Pavilions Shopping Center in Mequon.
