Our ability to select the right customers to target and our ability to develop preferred relationships with them based on our ability to deliver what they need. We are constantly challenging ourselves to build our capacity and capability to compete and win in our chosen markets.

What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?

Not having or hiring the right people to do the job. Not staying focused on our targeted customers. Not working with our supply chain. Not developing our people enough.

Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?

Expand our professional development business. We are in the process of making our third change to the focus of our interactive technology business in the last 30 months. We are looking to have a broader range of customers. We are looking to expand our collaborative relationships to a broader education market.

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?

Over the next 12 to 18 months, the basic business conditions will remain fairly constant. The drivers moving forward will be influenced by technology and the growing need for speed.

What is your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession?

To continue to work with our targeted customer base to help make them more successful and to continue to hire,develop and leverage the right people.
