What has fueled your company’s growth?

“Constant adaptation to customers needs, loyal and hard word working employees, focused marketing, processes for everything we do and really cool measuring systems.”

What has been the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?

“Probably us. We are a careful, conservative, self-critical and passionate bunch sticking to some basic principles that got us here when it comes to customer service. We think the opportunities are endless due to those values and just around the corner.”

Do you have any planned changes for your company in the coming months?

“Nothing major, except to always remain sharp and flexible.”

Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? What traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?

“Business people who are able to be flexible to meet their customers ever changing needs and who deliver promises in the same way they expect to receive them. The common denominator is honesty.”

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?

“The outlook for next year seems to be more promising than the last two. We’re all part of the economic problem. Everyone, including us, is skiddish about spending and we all need to change our mindsets a bit, and help each other get out of this recession.”

What has been your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession?

“Stay focused and continue to adapt. We will probably have to go out on a limb a bit.”
