Lake Geneva home sold for nearly $13 million

A Lake Geneva mansion has been sold for $12.75 million.

The 13,000-square-foot mansion is located on South Lake Shore Drive sold on Friday. It commanded one of the highest sale prices ever for a Lake Geneva-area home, according to listing agent Anne DuBray of Coldwell Banker.

According to a Crain’s Chicago report, the only other buyer paying more for a Lake Geneva-area home was when a Los Angeles woman spent more than $13.5 million in 2016 and 2017 buying most of the condos in a historical mansion to reassemble them into a single residence
