Kenosha office building sold for $1.8 million

Home of Midwest Foot and Ankle Institute

A commercial office building located on Highway 50 in Kenosha sold for $1.8 million to an out-of-state firm.

The building, at 10105 74th St., was purchased by Crown Point, Ind.-based FFF Management Inc. from R.A.E. Development LLC. Ramona Rae McDermott, of Kenosha, is the registered agent.

The 7,037-square-foot building is currently the home of the Kenosha office of the Midwest Foot and Ankle Institute. The group has a second office in Paddock Lake.
