The Kenosha Area Business Alliance (KABA) and the Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce will present a candidate forum featuring the two District 22 candidates running in the Wisconsin State Senate special election.
Incumbent Democratic Sen. Robert Wirch and Republican challenger Jonathan Steitz will discuss the issues in the forum to be held Friday, Aug. 12, at 7:45 a.m. at the Kenosha Country Club, 500 13th Ave., Kenosha.
Each candidate will have the opportunity to present his views on the important issues facing Wisconsin businesses. The presentations will be followed by a moderated question-and-answer session.
The special election will take place Aug. 16.
Reservations are required to attend the forum. The cost to attend is $15 for KABA and Chamber members and $30 for non-members. To register, contact KABA at (262) 605.1100 or info@kaba.org by Friday, Aug. 5.
