What does daily or weekly fitness regime consist of?
"One hour weight lifting and/or cardio five or six times a week. Two protein shakes, skinless chicken breast and baked potato part of diet same days as workouts."

"Personal fitness is a great stress relief from the rigors of a heavy workload."

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?
"Encouraging employees to maintain a healthy lifestyle as well as giving them a flexible schedule so they can work out, improves both the physical and mental health of the organization. It obviously also helps keep health premiums as low as possible."
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
"Take the time necessary to analyze the physical and mental benefits to your organization. Be proactive and make a commitment. Lead by example!"
