I’ve been working out 8-9 times per week for 45 mins to 2 hours each workout with one complete day off per week.

Milwaukee Athletic Club, Schroeder YMCA for Masters swimming
Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?
Just feels good to be generally healthy.

I have much more energy and feel any goal is attainable

I’m contantly trying to get people we work with in better shape.
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
Start today, exercising daily is a habit. It’s hard at first, but slowly it becomes routine
