Johnson Bank expands team

Racine-based Johnson Bank has hired and promoted several employees.

Mark Matthiesen and Roger Sandell have been named senior vice presidents, commercial banking relationship managers for the Milwaukee region at Johnson Bank. Matthiesen has 30 years of banking experience, most recently in the commercial lending division of BMO Harris in Milwaukee. Sandell has more than 20 years of commercial banking experience, most recently as Milwaukee banking manager at Northern Trust.
Matthew Demet has been named senior retirement plan services sales and product executive at Johnson Bank. He has more than 22 years of retirement plan experience and has been at Johnson Bank for 12 years. He will narrow his focus on retirement plan services and help with product management and development for the area.
Robert A. Nielsen has been named senior vice president – commercial specialty group at Johnson Bank. He will be based in downtown Milwaukee and report to Tom Bolger, president and CEO of Johnson Bank. Nielsen has more than 22 years of financial experience, most recently as director of the capital markets group at M&I Bank.
