“The former Jaguar building would be well suited for an auto service type of user, and the former Volvo property has freeway visibility and signage, which leans itself more towards a regional or national player,” Andrew Jensen, principal at The Boerke Company said in a press release.
The former Volvo property, 4020 N. Green Bay Ave., is currently listed at $785,000 and the former Jaguar building, 4035 N Green Bay Ave., is currently marketed at $490,000 according to the listings at The Boerke Company’s website
