Investors acquire group homes

Organizations:

An affiliate of Phoenix Investors LLC, an investment firm specializing in repositioning large former single-tenant industrial facilities, has acquired two Milwaukee group homes formerly owned by affiliates of New Horizon Center Inc.

The group homes are located at 3901 N. 60th St. and 4070-4072 N. 51st St., Milwaukee. The homes were purchased for $148,500.

The New Horizon Center is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation licensed by the State of Wisconsin to operate a range of social service programs for infants to young adults.

“Our board, staff, and the infants and young adults we serve, are most appreciative of the extraordinary planning and strong financial support given by Frank Crivello, Ryan Trost and the entire team at Phoenix Investors,” said Saleem El-Amin, executive director of New Horizon Center. “As a result of their assistance, our whole range of social service programs will continue into the new year.”
