Integrated Health Network adds three to leadership team

Integrated Health Network of Wisconsin has bolstered its management team with the addition of a vice president and two directors.

Adam Baker has been named vice president, data and analytics, at the consortium. In this capacity, Baker will handle direction and oversight of data management and external reporting functions in order to assist clinical integration, population management and care coordination initiatives.

Baker, who is well versed in strategic and financial analysis, previously served as director of finance in UnitedHealthcare’s accountable care solutions group and as a strategic consultant at Health Systems Advisors.

Nicholas Serio has been appointed director, ACO products, a position that will give him responsibility of accountable care organization product management, payer contracting and provider relations. Prior to joining Integrated Health Network of Wisconsin, Serio worked for UnitedHealthcare for eight years, most recently as manager of network management.

Additionally, the consortium named Annette Dahly-Vernon director, population health management. In this role, Dahly-Vernon will lead implementation of population health initiatives, such as identification of best practices, care guidelines and support tools.

Dahly-Vernon has experience in medical informatics and data management, population health analysis and reporting, strategic planning, and clinical work. Her career in health care has included positions with companies including Aver Informatics, QuadMed, and Primary Genetics.

Brookfield-based Integrated Health Network of Wisconsin (formerly Quality Health Solutions) is a clinically integrated alliance of independent health systems, hospitals and physicians formed in 2005. It includes Froedtert Health, the Medical College of Wisconsin, Columbia St. Mary’s, Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, Agnesian HealthCare and Ministry Health Care.
