Innovation Drive office building sold for nearly $5.7 million

Purchased by affiliate of Luther Group

A 56,000-square-foot office building, located at 10001 Innovation Drive in the Milwaukee County Research Park in Wauwatosa, has been sold for $5.65 million, according to state records.

The two-story office building was constructed in 2001 and has an assessed value of about $6.5 million, according to county records. Its tenants include CoreLogic Insurance Solutions and CrossCountry Mortgage LLC.

The building was sold by James Development Corp., an affiliate of New Berlin-based James Luterbach Construction Co. It was purchased by and affiliate of Elm Grove-based Luther Group.
