Colliersville, Tenn.-based Helena Chemical Company recently acquired Millard Feed Mill in Walworth County for $3.4 million, according to state records.
The Millard Feed Mill facility is located on a five-acre property at W6404 County Highway A, about 7 miles northwest of Elkhorn.
Helena Chemical Company is a distributor of crop protection and crop production inputs and services for agricultural, turf and ornamental, forestry, aquatics and vegetation management markets.
Representatives for Helena Chemical Company and Millard Feed Mill could not immediately be reached for comment.
