John Hazod has been named president and chief executive officer of Pewaukee-based Foundations Bank.
Hazod was elected by the bank’s board or directors. He will also serve as a director.
He is a Milwaukee native and joined Foundations as chief financial officer in 2004. Hazod most recently served as interim president of Foundations Bank.
“John has done an outstanding job leading the organization through a very challenging time and was instrumental in the revival of our company,” said Robert E. Schmidt, Jr., chairman of the board of Foundations Bank. “Our bank is strong and we have the right team in place thanks to his tireless commitment to and leadership of this organization.”
Foundations is part of Pewaukee-based Generations Bancorp Inc., which has assets of $125 million.
