Greenfield Development

Organizations:

Cobalt Partners recently released a preliminary site plan for a mixed-use development at I-894 and South 84th Street in Greenfield. Plans for the nearly 50-acre site include more than 350,000 square feet of commercial space, including 240,000 square feet of retail shops and restaurants, as well as a possible hotel and up to 396 apartments. Steinhafels was the first retailer to announce that it would build a new store within the development, which will replace the existing Steinhafels store in Greenfield. Mid-America Real Estate Group is marketing the retail components for the project and Anderson Commercial Group has led land acquisition and the other marketing efforts. Site work could begin this fall, with construction beginning in spring 2016.
