Milwaukee-based Mid-America Real Estate–Wisconsin LLC has hired Jim Vaillancourt as director of property management and promoted Courtney Groff to be property manager of The Shops of Grand Avenue in Milwaukee as it makes a transition to new ownership.

Vaillancourt previously worked with Mid-America as the property manager of Shops of Grand Avenue in Milwaukee. As director of property management for the Wisconsin office, Vaillancourt will oversee the property management efforts of an existing 937,794-square-foot retail shopping center portfolio along with furthering business development. Additional job responsibilities will include day-to-day management functions, tenant relations, and budgeting for operational and capital expenditures.

“We are all very excited about the addition of Jim Vaillancourt to the Wisconsin office as Director of Property Management,” said Mid-America principal Dan Rosenfeld. “Jim’s position here locally reinforces our commitment to property management and the development of new asset management business in Wisconsin.”
