What has fueled your company’s growth?
Fullhouse is constantly evolving to better serve our clients and to create better programs. Over the last few years we’ve segmented the agency into two operating teams – one focused on b2b the other on b2c marketing. We’ve also created an industry vertical focus on food & beverage, consumer packaged goods, professional services and manufacturing. Most recently we’ve launched an experience design practice to bring together user experience, visual design and storytelling to create digital experiences that deliver true business value for our clients. In addition to focused organizational changes, targeted outreach efforts and a well-executed organic growth strategy continue to fuel our growth. Fullhouse works hard to build relationships, understand our client’s challenges, identify ongoing opportunities and present solutions to those opportunities.
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?
The current economic situation is causing key clients to cut back on spending, including marketing and advertising budgets.
Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?
We plan to expand into a new office in Chicago, Illinois. Fullhouse has a growing number of clients in the Chicago area and to better service those clients we will expand our office space and staffing in that area.
Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire?
N/A
What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?
Marketers continue to move away from traditional methods/channels and toward the digital space. Interactive channels, including: online, mobile, social and relationship marketing are effective, economic and measurable channels that offer great flexibility in engaging consumers. Fullhouse is 100% focused on interactive, which makes us well positioned for the future.
What is your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession?
Fullhouse continues to invest in business outreach and marketing efforts. We are focusing on key client growth and expanding our presence in the Chicago market.
Congratulations from the strategic partner behind Fullhouse.
