After raising $6,300 through its 2014 “Make Another Wish” Campaign, Wauwatosa-based Foti Chiropractic is enabling a 5-year-old Germantown girl with cystic fibrosis to fulfill her dream of visiting Disney World.

The chiropractic clinic launched the philanthropic campaign in April with a mission to benefit a child involved with Make-A-Wish Wisconsin, a nonprofit organization that grants the wishes of kids suffering life-threatening medical conditions.

Along with relying on the contributions of patients and supporters, Foti Chiropractic collected dollars through fundraising initiatives, including a one-day promotion last month, when the clinic raised $2,700 by both offering $10 adjustments and selling T-shirts.

“We humbly thank the many, many people whose generosity made this Make-A-Wish Wisconsin experience possible,” said Dr. David J. Foti, doctor of chiropractic and clinic founder.

The 5-year-old beneficiary will head to Orlando, Fla., later this year with her family. Her trip costs $5,000. The remaining funds from Foti Chiropractic’s campaign will factor into raising another $5,000 by the end of the year for another child’s wish. When Foti Chiropractic launched its “Make Another Wish” Campaign in April, it set out to raise at least $10,000 in support of Make-A-Wish Wisconsin.

The clinic has been supporting the nonprofit since 2013, when its inaugural philanthropic campaign generated more than $10,000 and enabled an 18-year-old Wisconsin woman and her family to take a trip to Hawaii.
