Former Weimer Bearing HQ sold in Menomonee Falls

Building bought by Capital Heating and Cooling owner

Weimer Bearing & Transmission’s former headquarters in Menomonee Falls has sold for $1.25 million, according to state records.

The 35,000-square-foot facility at N134 N5368 Campbell Drive in Menomonee Falls was sold to The Four Foxes LLC, which is registered to Jason Fox. Fox is also the registered agent and owner of New Berlin-based Capital Heating and Cooling. The same address is listed for both companies.

Fox was not immediately available to discuss plans for the Menomonee Falls facility.

Capital Heating and Cooling provides residential and commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning services throughout southeastern Wisconsin.

Weimer Bearing & Transmission announced plans in 2014 to build a 68,390-square-foot industrial building in Germantown and make that its corporate headquarters. The company is a distributor, manufacturer and assembler of mechanical and electrical power transmission equipment and also has operations in Kaukauna, Madison, Weston, Chippewa Falls, Kenosha, Loves Park, Ill., Elk Grove Village, Ill. and Michigan.
