The listing broker for the property was Rand Wolf of The Boerke Company, who represented the seller, 16000 Rogers Investment Partnership LLP, which has a Sister Bay address.

Ripon Printers of Ripon, Wisconsin, purchased certain business interests of the Sells Printing Company on March 27, 2012. In April of 2012 Sells announced it was laying off 67 employees and planned to close its operations in New Berlin by the end of July, 2013.

The company still has a sales office in the building, but does all of its printing in Ripon.
