Robert Hanson has been appointed chief operating officer of Minneapolis-based Health Dimensions Group. Hanson was previously the area vice president for Milwaukee-based Extendicare Health Services Inc., which announced in March that it would be closing April 30.
Extendicare Health Services is a subsidiary of Extendicare Inc., which is based in Markham, Ontario, a suburb of Toronto. Extendicare Health Services Inc. operates 156 senior care facilities in the United States with approximately 15,000 beds.
At Health Dimensions Group, Hanson will lead its management services operation and manage segments of its business operations. Health Dimensions Group offers industry-leading expertise in consulting and management services to hospitals, health systems, post-acute, long-term care, and senior living providers across the nation.
