Firm offers new software product to help with job hunt

Organizations:

Talent Network Group, Brookfield, recently announced that it has introduced a resume and marketing software program to assist people in getting a job in the tough market.

"This service is a cost effective way to allow jobseekers to standout from the crowd of applicants," said Sue Sattler, president of Talent Network Group. "This service is designed to assist applicants in gaining the attention of hiring officials and get a job interview."

The Resume Creator is an online application that allows users to design a "high-impact resume," she said. It is an interactive program designed to gain more attention and employer interest. It also allows users to develop their own website and video resume that can be updated to fit specific job openings.

"Today’s job market no longer allows job seekers to utilize an ordinary paper resume. You must create a marketing campaign that sets you apart from the competition and stand out from the crowd," Sattler said.

Additional services including skills assessments and interview training tools are also available.

"In my years as a corporate recruiter and workforce management professional I have met with many well qualified candidates who simply lack the skills and polish necessary to present themselves in the best light to potential employers," Sattler said. "You only get one chance to demonstrate not only your qualifications but also your ability to interact and impress the interviewer. Our services can make the difference in the one shot you get at an interview."
