“Mark has a passion for leading a culture grounded on exceptional, proactive client service,” said Kris McMasters, chief executive officer of Clifton Gunderson. “We are eager to leverage his strengths throughout our Wisconsin practice and across the firm.”

The firm also announced that Keith Rode has been named partner-in-charge of its Racine office. Rode succeeds Mark Wyzgowski who was named managing partner of the firm’s Iowa practice. Rode will assume his new role effective June 1.

“Keith’s proven leadership skills, expertise and his ability to deliver significant results for our tax clients are all great additions to our growing practice in Racine,” Williams said. “We are eager to leverage his talents to further build our client base in southeastern Wisconsin.”
