    What has fueled your company’s growth?: “Our industry is very unique. To succeed, we need to help our customers stand out. We focus on their needs and then provide superior products and services to meet those needs. We are consultants, not commodity sellers of off-the-shelf displays and exhibits who make a sale and then send their customers on their way.”

    What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?: “Our biggest challenge is simply what all fast-growing companies face: the ability to successfully navigate the standard growing pains. Because of our commitment to customer service, it’s important to us that we always provide the best service possible. We refuse to compromise our existing customers for the sake of uncontrolled growth. This approach means we are still growing quickly, but on our own terms.”

    Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?: “In early 2013, we completed a move to a new 46,000-square-foot facility in Brookfield. The new facility greatly expanded our warehouse and production facilities, provided for a new showroom space and gave us room for staff growth. We plan to continue our growth plan by adding to our workforce later this year.”

    Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?: “It is not so much other businesses we admire but more a specific way of doing business. We admire those companies who are striving to move from “good to great” as we are. Our focus is on striving for excellence, and providing outstanding customer service.”

    What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?: “The trade show industry is growing after nine consecutive quarters of decline. Anecdotally, we’ve also observed an increase in attendance at various shows, expansion in square footage per show and an overall increase in exhibitor numbers throughout a variety of industries.”

    What is your company’s most important growth strategy right now?: “We really plan to keep doing what we’ve been doing – controlled growth that allows us to maintain our culture of service.”
