Milwaukee-based Koss Corp. reported fiscal third quarter net income of $57,218, or 1 cent per share, compared with a net loss of $25,121, or 0 cents per share, in the third quarter of 2014.

The high-fidelity headphone manufacturer’s operating income was $115,804, compared with an operating loss of $1 million in the same period a year ago.

Racine-based Johnson Outdoors Inc. reported fiscal second quarter net income of $3.6 million, or 36 cents per share, down from $7.4 million, or 67 cents per share, in the second quarter of 2014.

The outdoor recreation company recorded operating income of $7.6 million, down from $11.5 million in the same period a year ago. Operating expenses were up $7 million, $2.6 million of which was increased legal expense related to litigation brought by the company asserting infringement of patents by a competitor. The company also spent more on promotional spending, sales volume related costs and warranty expense.

Menomonee Falls-based Magnetek Inc. reported fiscal first quarter net income of $2.3 million, or 65 cents per share, up from $1.1 million, or 32 cents per share, in the same period a year ago.

The company reported quarterly net sales of $26.6 million, up from $24.1 million a year earlier.

Milwaukee-based Weyco Group Inc. reported first quarter net income of $3.6 million, or 33 cents per share, up from $3.3 million, or 29 cents per share, in the first quarter of 2014.

Operating income at the shoe manufacturer was $5.8 million, up 19 percent from $4.9 million in the same period a year ago.

Sussex-based Quad/Graphics Inc. reported a first quarter net loss of $35.2 million, or 74 cents lost per share, compared with a net loss of $9.1 million, or 19 cents lost per share, in the first quarter of 2014.

The commercial printer reported an operating loss of $11.8 million, compared with operating income of 11 million in the same period a year ago.

Milwaukee-based vehicle attachments and equipment manufacturer Douglas Dynamics Inc. reported first quarter net income of $383,000, or 1 cent per share, down from $1.6 million, or 7 cents per share, in the first quarter of 2014.

The company attributed the decline to $2.1 million in non-cash purchase accounting costs related to the acquisition of Henderson Enterprises Group Inc.
