Dr Pepper Snapple Group has been designated the official beverage partner of Milwaukee IndyFest, after a three-year track record of supporting the race series.
IndyFest will return to the Milwaukee Mile Friday, July 10 through Sunday, July 12, anchored by ABC Supply Company Inc’s Wisconsin 250 race.
“Dr Pepper Snapple Group has been a proud supporter of the Wisconsin 250 at Milwaukee IndyFest since 2012, and we are thrilled to have Snapple on board this year,” Derry Hobson, executive vice president of supply chain at Dr Pepper Snapple Group, said in a press release. “We are even more excited to be able to offer some of the most passionate fans a lineup of our great products.”
Along with Snapple, which belongs to the Dr Pepper Snapple Group beverage menu, race fans will be able to enjoy Dr Pepper, 7UP, Sunkist, Canada Dry, A&W Root Beer, RC Cola, Deja Blue and Venom Energy.
“Dr Pepper Snapple Group was one of the early supporters that helped bring IndyCar racing back to Milwaukee,” said Kevin Healy, managing director of Andretti Sports Marketing, the lead marketing company promoting the event. “They have a great appreciation for the sport and the historic importance of racing at the Milwaukee Mile.”
