Doyle promoted at North Shore Bank

Susan Doyle has been named senior vice president of retail banking at Brookfield-based North Shore Bank.

Doyle has 30 years of banking experience, most recently as vice president of branch operations. She began her career at North Shore Bank and returned to the bank seven years ago.

In her new role, Doyle will be responsible for developing North Shore’s branch network, marketing and investment sales. She is currently working on the strategic development of branch transformation models.

“In addition to overseeing the retail operation on a daily basis, Sue has been a key strategic player in developing and executing our retail initiatives, and has collaborated across many departments,” said Jay McKenna, president and chief operating officer. “I look forward to working with her toward the ongoing success of North Shore Bank.”

North Shore Bank has 47 offices across eastern Wisconsin and $1.7 billion in assets.
