A pair of adjacent properties, totaling 0.9 acres, is for sale at 125 W. Wisconsin Ave. in downtown Village of Pewaukee, according to The Boerke Company, which is marketing the properties for Layton State Bank. The bank acquired the properties in a foreclose action, said Boerke broker Brian Riordan.
The properties are vacant. A 0.5-acre site along Wisconsin Avenue was formerly occupied by an Amoco gas station. The other site is 0.4-acre and has frontage along the Pewaukee River. The two parcels are just east of Pewaukee Lake.
“It’s a gorgeous site for views,” said Riordan.
The entire 0.9-acre site is listed for $395,000.
The site is located southeast of Siepmann Realty Corp.’s Old Main Street retail and office development, built in 2003.
