Siepmann Realty Corp. plans to build a two-story, 10,000-square-foot building with retail or restaurant space on the first floor and office space on the upper floor at 125 W. Wisconsin Ave. in the downtown of the Village of Pewaukee.
Siepmann has a prospective tenant lined up for the second floor office space in the building, which has not been announced, but has not yet secured a retail tenant for the first floor. The project is planned for a pair of adjacent vacant parcels that total about one acre. The parcel at 125 W. Wisconsin Ave. is across the street from the beach and a condominium building, and the other parcel is at 130 Savoy Court on the Pewaukee River.
