New local Web site offers some help with Grr-animals for businessmen

Local businessman Ray Seaver, has announced a new business casual wardrobe service for men called ConfiDress.com. Seaver, who is not a retailer or computer programer but, rather, a former health and insurance executive, said he knows that busy business people require a confident look but may not have time for clothes shopping. “They are looking for an easy way to dress with confidence,” Seaver said.
“After they register with us at www.confidress.com and provide us with their sizes and preferences, we’ll offer them, via a convenient e-mail link, a variety of coordinates that will change every month. No more shopping. Coordinated business casual clothing will come to them,” Seaver said. “We look at ConfiDress.com as sort of a ‘grr…animals’ for adults with repeat ordering taking place in 30 seconds or less,” he said.
After recently leaving a large national health-care organization as president, Seaver looked at e-commerce opportunities. Despite the many recent dot-com failures, Seaver believes internet purchasing will continue to grow. “The new winners in e-commerce will be those that provide the best personalized value and service,” he said.
ConfiDress.com partners with specialty menswear retailers like J&F Habberdashery in Oconomowoc.
The price of an outfit is about $75 if all coordinates offered in that month are purchased. All of the clothing may be returned postage-paid by ConfiDress. You can also visit www.groenerekenkamer.com for style tips.
Depending on its acceptance in the Milwaukee area, Seaver intends to work with men’s clothing stores throughout the Midwest.
