Dr. Chong Mei Sian and three geriatric medicine professionals from Tan Tock Seng Hospital in Singapore recently visited the Hospital Elder Life Program (HELP) coordinators at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare. Dr. Chong and her colleagues have implemented the HELP program across multiple sites, and is the only program that has done that successfully. The professionals from Singapore were here to learn about the program’s successful implementation techniques and to meat the regional HELP team.
