Tim Dixon, a Milwaukee developer and owner of the Iron Horse Hotel in Milwaukee, is partnering with Chicago-based Kevin Robinson and Mario Tricoci to form Aparium Hotel Group LLC and Aparium Development Company LLC.
Aparium is now managing the 100-room Iron Horse. It will maintain offices in Milwaukee and Chicago.
Robinson, chief operating officer of Aparium Hotel Group, is the former chief operating officer of the Elysian Hotel Company.
Tricoci, CEO of Aparium Hotel Group, was previously the managing partner in the development and ownership of the Elysian Hotel Chicago and president of Elysian Hotel Company.
Dixon is a managing partner of Aparium Hotel Group and CEO of Aparium Development Company.
