The Wisconsin-based law firm of DeWitt Ross & Stevens S.C. has announced it is combining with the 26-attorney Minnesota firm of Mackall, Crounse & Moore PLC.
The combined firms will have more than 100 attorneys with expertise in more than 30 areas of law and offices in Madison, metropolitan Milwaukee and Minneapolis.
The Minneapolis office of the firm will operate as DeWitt Mackall Crounse & Moore S.C. The Wisconsin offices will continue as DeWitt Ross & Stevens.
The firm’s management structure will continue in its current form with Bradley Raaths, of DeWitt Ross & Stevens as managing partner and president.
The merger will take effect Nov. 16.
Mackall, Crounse & Moore was founded in 1918 and is known for its corporate, banking, tax, estate planning, mining and litigation practices. DeWitt Ross & Stevens was founded in 1903 and is broadly recognized for its corporate, environmental, government relations, labor and employment, litigation and intellectual property practices.
