The arena also is available for meeting space, from a 16-person board room to the entire arena. Private 12,000-square-foot loft featuring four bedrooms, an outdoor hot tub and exercise room, used by the Kroenke family and for visiting dignitaries.

Funds contributed by the owners of the NBA team: Liberty Media Group, which absorbed original owner Ascent Entertainment Group in 1997, invested $15 million. Additional funding generated through private securities investments.
